What do I do if my payment failed?

If your monthly payment failed, please contact our Support Team right away or log in to your account to update your billing information as soon as possible. Please note that if a failed payment is not corrected within 14 days, your account will be blocked and you will not be able to access your data. If a failed payment is not corrected within 21 days, the account is cancelled and the data will be permanently removed from our servers.

To contact support, please log in to your account at backup.pcrx.com, then click on the "Support" tab and choose from one of the options to contact our Support Team.
