What do I do if my account is blocked because of a failed payment?

If a failed payment is not corrected within 14 days, your account will be blocked and you will not be able to access your data. To avoid losing your data, please contact our Support Team right away.

If a failed payment is not corrected within 21 days, the account is cancelled and the data will be permanently removed from our servers.

To contact support, please log in to your account at backup.pcrx.com, then click on the "Support" tab and choose from one of the options to contact our Support Team.
