What do I do if I cannot perform a backup because the username and/or password are incorrect?

If you receive an error message while attempting to back up or restore your data, and your username and/or password are incorrect, it could be because you changed it online in your PCRx Backup account. If you are sure you did not change your login information, please contact Customer Support.
